I see too many founders put so much effort into meeting soooo many investors

I see too many founders put so much effort into meeting soooo many investors - and just don’t understand “why won’t they invest???”

And then when I sit down with them and we look deeper, I realize that they’ve been meeting with irrelevant investors!

Whether they lack a personal interest in the company’s industry, or never invested in this type of solution before, or they invest in smaller/larger sums than what the founders ask for, and any other reason, the end result is the same- they don't invest, time is wasted, and the founders' energy is wasted too.

And it's all because of improper preparation, research, or strategy.

So to help you guys out, here are a few tips of my favorite ways to choose and screen investors before approaching them.
